 PRIZES: Each winner will receive an XCD voucher valued at $250 Supermarket voucher (voucher not redeemable for cash). 5 Weekly winners and 1 Grand Prize Winner – 5 weeks of promotion. The Grand Prize winner will receive a Laptop and There will be a total of twenty-one (21) winners.

MECHANICS: The Back-to-School Promotion is open to customers who use MoneyGram to send money overseas or within St Lucia and customers who receive money from overseas or from within St Lucia during the promotion period.

Each valid money transfer transaction is entered into a database, which will be used as the pool of qualified submission from which winners will be randomly selected. Selected winners will be based on one/each sent or received transaction. Each weekly winner will be disqualified from other weekly draws. Employees of Massy Services St Lucia Limited, its agents, other affiliate agencies and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.

DRAW DATE: Every week for 5 weeks between July 7^th – August 19^th

• Massy Remittance Services (St. Lucia) Ltd. or its agency will inform the winners of the process, date, time and place of collecting prizes.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• A person must use MoneyGram Money Transfer between July 15^th– 19^th August 2024 Send money overseas or within St Lucia
• Receive money from overseas or from within St Lucia
• Receive money via agent location or directly into your bank account
• Winners, once selected and announced, will become ineligible for the remainder of the promotion.
• Participants acknowledge that compliance with the Rules set out above including all eligibility requirements is a necessary pre-condition to any prize being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, participants who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification.
• Massy Remittance Services (St. Lucia) Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control Massy Remittance Services (St. Lucia) Ltd corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper running of the promotion.   • Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. In no event will Massy Remittance Services (St. Lucia) Ltd be liable for more than the relevant prizes available in this promotion.
  • In the event of any conflict with any promotion details contained in these Rules and Conditions and promotion details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media (“Promotional Materials”), the details of the promotion set forth in these Rules and Conditions shall prevail.
