About Massy Remittance Services:
Massy Finance Remittances is a division of the Financial Services Business Unit of Massy Group. We are the agent representatives for MoneyGram International in Trinidad, Guyana, St. Lucia, Barbados, and St Vincent and the Grenadines, as well as for Western Union International in Barbados.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collection, verification, and submission of senior citizen pension and public assistance vouchers to the MHSS.
- Uplift payments from the Ministry of Finance
- Assist with customers, and agents’ queries via telephone and skype
- Process transactions for agents and ACH customers.
- Assist with cheque deposits.
- Assist with collecting cash from Massy Motors and ASSI
- Process Transactions for walk in customers as required
- Assist with End user survey.
- Complete all Trainings as required.
- Communicates all Customer Feedback to the relevant personnel.
- Understand and demonstrate behaviors aligned with Massy Remittance Customer Service Philosophy
- Maintains a neat and clean workstation.
- Attends all HSSE Awareness Sessions
- Completes a SOAP Card Monthly
- Embraces the Company’s HSSE System
- Understand and demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Massy Groups’ Core Values
- Comply with all other Company rules and regulations.
- Five (5) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English
- 1-2 years working experience in a Customer Service Industry will be an
- asset
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Cashing experience is considered an asset
- Must be available to work beyond the normal hours once required

About Massy Remittance Services:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the company end-user’s technology solutions.
- Monitor client health and security posture to ensure optimal uptime and reduce cyber security exposure
- Log and action all request in the Service Desk system
- Maintain inventory of all technology equipment
- Timely preparation of supporting documentation for both external and internal audit
- Provide training to end users on new and existing systems.
- Assist with conducting basic computer & cyber security training to employees
- Provide monthly status report on activities
- Visits to the agent location to remediate any issues and preventative maintenance
- Assist in other IT related projects
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Information Technology Degree or related Certification
- Working knowledge of PC repairs
- A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in an IT support role
KEY COMPETENCIES

- Ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision
- Ability to work outside of normal working hours and on weekends
