DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND SECURITY OFFICER
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a suitably qualified applicant to fill the post of Digital Transformation and Security Officer in the Information Technology department. The successful candidate will provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing digital technology initiatives. They are responsible for the exploration of digital innovations with a focus on improving the customer journey to meet the company KPIs across the region. This includes understanding the company’s core functions and making recommendations to continuously improve product and services from a technology standpoint. In addition, the applicant will be responsible for the oversight and governance of the organization’s cybersecurity and information protection.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Head of IT and Operations in developing strategic and operational governance processes to drive the company’s overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
- Assess and make recommendations on the improvement or re-engineering of organizational functions to better serve customers.
- Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level.
- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for digital spending and initiatives.
- Analyzing the requirements for, designing of, and developing security policies and standards
- Designing, developing, and implementing cybersecurity initiatives such as security governance and strategy, security incident response and handling plans and security awareness, etc.
- Performing cyber security posture assessments and security controls gap assessments
- Reviewing and updating the cybersecurity controls framework that considers the key controls.
- Tracks and follow up of remediation activities related to identified security gaps and recommendations.
- Evaluate and implement solutions as needed to ensure compliance with the regulators and industry standards.
- Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for information technology projects.
- Designing, developing, implementing, testing, and updating business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
- Monitoring and Auditing of access rights and security logs
- Manage and maintain the company infrastructure and all technology solutions.
- Develop well-written, well-structured, accessible, and usable reports and dashboards.
- Oversees the daily operational activities of technology systems and coordinate IT support.
- Ensure inventory of all technological equipment are updated.
- Facilitate timely preparation of supporting documentation for both external and internal audits.
- Provide training to end users on new and existing systems.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Computer Science Degree or related Certification
- Microsoft Cloud/Infrastructure certification
- CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA or Fortinet NSE4
- Business intelligence and data warehousing
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an IT/Digital technology management and project implementation.
- Must own a vehicle
- Strong experience in governance, risk, and compliance; security policies and controls; and information security frameworks and standards.
- Promote and oversee strategic relationships between company resources and external entities, including vendors and partner organizations that will further the company’s digital capabilities.
- Strong experience in IT systems, networks, and operational security
- Demonstrable ability to ensure that deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
- High level of motivation to achieve desired results.
- Experience communicating with key stakeholders and internal management.
- Experience preparing reports for audit committee and board of directors.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Technical Support Officer, who will be responsible for ensuring system end user support including installation, monitoring, and maintenance of all systems across the agent network.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the company infrastructure and all technology solutions.
- Monitor client health and security posture to ensure optimal uptime and reduce cyber security exposure.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- CompTIA A+ & CompTIA Network+

- Proficiency in Windows 10 and newer operating systems, Office 365, and networking.

ALTERNATE COMPLIANCE OFFICER
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Alternate Compliance Officer, who will be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of the Compliance Framework and its related reporting requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain satisfactory Customer Relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Provide information and feedback to Compliance Officer on Customer related issues.
- Conduct risk based due diligence on MoneyGram & SurePay accounts at onboarding and conduct annual reviews and periodic self-assessments.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and analysis of all transactions to ensure compliance with all FIU guidelines.
- Provide ongoing and remedial feedback /recommendation to all staff for, any breaches of noncompliance activities.
- Prepare weekly update reports to the Compliance Officer regarding FIU compliance activities.
- Review and analyse all documentation received from High-Risk customers and determine whether transactions can be processed or blocked numbers to be identified by the Compliance Officer.
- Report all Fraudulent transactions to MGI via our portal and production of a monthly report on transactions submitted.
- Submit typology reports on the fraudulent transactions per quarter.
- Conduct all PEP screening and provide training and guidance to the Agent network on PEP due diligence.
- Apply the Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Monitoring account activity, documenting and investigating significant or unusual transactions.
- Identify gaps and make recommendations such as coaching to close gaps identified through internal control reviews and compliance reporting.
- Maintain an internal statistical report to the Compliance Officer, with information concerning suspected violations and suspiciousactivity for review and approval.
- Prepare the training manuals to promote compliance awareness, prepare compliance examinations and conduct post examination follow up.
- Submit monthly reports to the Compliance Officer on compliance developments.
- Facilitate Audit preparation, Audit engagement and closure of Audit deficiencies as identified.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field from a reputable University
- A minimum of 2 years progressive experience in a financial institution or a regulated entity
- ACAM or FIBA would be an asset
- Must own a vehicle
- Expert knowledge of prevailing AML/CFT legislation & financial regulation.
- Professional certifications/training in AML/CFT Compliance (desirable).
- Proficient in use of computer applications in particular Microsoft suite of products.
